In this video, we show you how you can use embedchain and AI to query your own databases in the web browser. First, we install the required libraries langchain, embedchain, OpenAI, and Docx to txt. We then create an app instance and configure it with the appropriate AI model GPT-3.5 turbo. Next, we define a function called RBA print, which outputs a text in a certain width. Then we define a function called upload, which uploads all files in the upload folder and adds them to the app. The function checks whether the file extension is docx, PDF, or txt and adds the file accordingly. We then define a function called backup db, which creates a backup of the db directory and all the files it contains as a zip file with a timestamp. Then we define a function called delete db, which deletes the db directory and all the files it contains after a backup has been created. Finally, we define a function called show upload, which displays the directory upload in the current directory. In the file manager in an infinite loop, we ask the user to enter a query. Depending on the user’s input, the corresponding function is called. If the user enters upload, all files in the upload folder are uploaded. If the user enters delete, the db directory and all the files it contains are deleted. If the user enters show, the upload directory is displayed in the file manager. If the user enters backup, a backup of the db directory and all the files it contains is created as a zip file with a timestamp. If the user enters exit, the loop is terminated. If the user makes another input, the query is forwarded to the app and the result is output. We use API keys in this video, but they are for illustrative purposes only and are not real. We would like to point out that you can register on crowdcompany.net for just €1 to create your own AI solution for your company without having to invest a lot of time or money. Finally, let’s summarize what you’ve learned in this video. You have learned how you can use embedchain and AI to query your own datasets in the web browser. If you have any questions, you can contact us by email at any time. Thank you for watching and we look forward to seeing you again in the next video.
